Each session is tailored around your unique energy and circumstances.   Together we will use visualization, bodywork attunement and energy balancing to engage your healing process for 60 minutes.   You set the agenda or request suggestions/ information.   Each session will help release stubborn subconscious patterns and unlock triggers. Each will focus on improving your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.  Each session will support and empower you to integrate subconscious beliefs and desires with your conscious mind.  This bridge between the subconscious and conscious is extremely important for successful processing and release of pain and distress.   From the very first session you will learn techniques that you can do anywhere to help yourself process.   Sessions build on one another synergistically and work to process relationships with self, pets, environment and others in your life.

Bodywork Attunement:   This is a specific processing tool that we will use during sessions when required. Bodywork attunement is the ultimate tool to uncover mental, emotional and physical doorways that are closed.  It is a cross between Reiki and Therapeutic Touch, but is extremely easy to learn and to do anywhere - home, office, airport or outdoors. Bodywork attunement can release triggers that have been resisting your efforts through all other means. Using this technique can also be one of the fastest ways to calm anxiety.

Remotes

Remotes are a very focused attention for highly charged issues or acute emotional/ mental distress. They are also perfect for general tune-ups. Remotes expose and release stubborn subconscious patterns and are done without your need to consciously participate. We would discuss the focus via phone or email first and then a report will be issued to you after the remote.

Some types of highly charged issues that respond well to remotes are abuse, abandonment, intense anxiety, issues too hot to handle, inability to grieve constructively after for loss of loved one or end of marriage, an excess of rage or anger, or for anyone who prefers a remote rather than a regular session. Remotes can be done no matter where you are and can also be done prior to or after a phone/ skype session. These are also the way to work with pets and children who might not be able to work through a regular session.
