Want to feel that you are in control of your day and not just trying to make it through?
We need to apply our focus and intention to flow well with the unique potential of each day.
How well we are flowing with the day is how well we experience the day.
If we have a challenged flow with the day's potential overall then that will outpicture into our outer life as challenges within our day. Snags in the timing of our activities, communication challenges with those in our day and very likely, some physical challenges. If we live with some chronic physical challenge already, then we might feel a flare up or exacerbation.
Begin Right Now to Turn This Around: Close your eyes and focus on yourself so that when you say the words you will almost feel them reverberate through each cell of your body. In your mind or out loud, whichever you prefer, say with quiet but serious intent:
"I AM WORKING WELL WITH THIS DAY"
Don't overthink this process, work on placing 100% of your focus on this and upon feeling the way your intention to flow well with the day washes through you. Do this as often during the day as you feel you want or need to. You are positively reshaping how you are working with the day's potential when you apply your focus this way. It is common sense to do this. Why? As we all know, where our focus goes , so goes our energy. This is the principle of affirmation at work.
Experiences will go smoother than they otherwise would*, circumstances will realign themselves towards giving you a better day. People will be nicer, accidents will tend Not to happen and pains will ease or even totally release. It seems simple....and simple works.
Working more constructively with each day allows our immune system to work at its fullest capacity - we also can quite literally affect our endocrine (glandular) and central nervous system as well. These systems are particularly prone to our mind and body connection being strong.

* - altering bumpy experiences doesn't always mean they are eliminated but it will mean they are lessened in intensity to what would have otherwise occurred had you not set your intention to work better with the day.
