The Daily Reports Working GuideEach report creates a framework for us to quickly find patterns and meanings within our day. All of the tables and comments are there to Daily reading of the reports while comparing them to how your day is going will allow to you find new patterns of meaning for your life. This is what you are looking for since you'll see that what you thought were separate life experiences are really part of a process that interweaves our Body, Mind and Spirit. 1 January 2008Expect daily reports by 10 am Eastern US time each Monday through Friday and a partial report (sans commentaries) on Saturday. This 10 am goal is not always what happens, due to any number of factors so if you do not see today's date you will want to revisit later on. There have been very rare breakdowns in technology and also I do take vacation and holiday days, as we all do, but I will let you know beforehand to the best of my ability. If you should wish to have your yearly subscription refunded you will get a prorated amount back to you in the exact way that you had sent it in. It is my wish to provide you with a helpful service, but if you don't find this to be the case, I am more than happy to refund your money. Sorry, there are no refunds on monthly subscriptions. Overall MomentumHumanity at Large's Overall Emotional Momentum with this Day: Fair The Momentum for The Subgroup of Those Who Formally Work With the Day: Fair to Good The Subgroup is made up of everyone on Earth who meditates, does yoga, uses the daily reports or does a combination of things to regularly practice mindfulness and staying in the moment. Watch this particular section not only each day but especially to see how it evolves over a weekly period. What does it mean when yesterday was Good and today only Fair (or even Poor)? It means that, unless this is simply our day (and individuals will vary of course as my reading is only an average) we will find that we need to expend a bit more thought or action and especially to work at REacting less than we otherwise might. On good or great days of overall momentum, things tend to flow naturally without a lot of conscious effort. When we see days of an entire week vacillating between Challenged to Fair and only hitting Good tentatively, it means we may want to put a bit more mindfulness into our day. We can still have productive days if we do this. We might not tend to call them "enchanted" days but the more we can tune into ourselves as we roll through our day and the more open we are to taking a look at how those around us are moving through the day, the more we will get from our day. I also hope that whatever you do, whether it's the daily report or yoga or meditation or a combination of these, that you will choose to do something which boosts your daily practice of staying in the moment as it will become clear to you through this small section that those who do have such a practice usually always show a better status with the day than does humanity at large. If you are looking for an edge, living in mindfulness can definitely provide this. Energy Body Table
Low, Medium, High, Very High and occasionally Extremely High will be the usual descriptives on overall intensity. Take note especially whenever you see that the 3 layers are not all moving to the same intensity as this is usually an indication of a more unique landscape. I have also given an indication of how Earth and well in Humanity are receiving the day's landscape. You will usually find that we in humanity (as a masse average) do not receive the days' cycles clearly most of the time. This is akin to receiving a more garbled verison of a radio station or cell phone conversation....if we have to act on what we hear, perhaps we will misinterpret or we will simply not be able to get the full effect of the messages. It is the same if we are not receiving the day's landscape potential clearly and this defintiely does mpact our quality of life. Earth, as you will notice ver time in this section, tends to be far more conscious and involved with the day. Our goal is to emulate that degree of awareness and receptivity so that we can use the potential to move our lives in very constructive ways.Main Body Watch for Today: Emotional, Mental, AstralThese are the main layers that I sense to be far more active for humanity at large overall. When emotional is listed, for example, watch how you act that day and see if emotional layer is either flatter, more exuberant or otherwise more noticeable than normal. We are made of many layers and this section gives you information about which of those main layers might be in more flux or that are mroe receptive to being focused upon today. The layers that I consider adding to this line each day are Physical, physiological, intellectual, mental, emotional, spiritual, empathic / intuitive, regenerative and astral. Level of Overall Inner Tension for Humanity Today: HighLevel of conscious awareness of inner tension level: rolled outHow much tension is moving us as a whole? This is a small section yet I consider it to be one of the more helpful sections. Usually we do not realize that we have a high tension level so this can be a great reminder to check our inner tension level, to check the tenseness of our neck and shoulders or wherever it is that we tend to store our stress. You will note days of "rolled out" status which means that humanity at large has opted to not feel this head-on in a fully conscious way. "Rolled out" means we have opted en masse to not have this in play directly. While on the one hand, this can give us a reprieve on feeling our tension, it is still in play at subconscious levels, so we could end up feeling less in control. Often I find that the masse inner tension level is high yet the conscious awareness of that is "rolled out" so we really may not feel the stress. If we cannot feel the stress we won't work on it and reduce it. If the masse of humanity shows to be very high in tension, there is an excellent chance you and I will as well. We are well adapted to hiding our stress levels - especially in this age of fast technology and faster lives - so this, combined with the line above, are 2 of the most pivotal sections in the daily report to consider carefully. We all need to really get used to feeling our inner tension levels openly and honestly! Main Chakra Section
If you are familiar with your main chakras, then this is a section you will like very much as it gives a heads up on possible chakra snafus for the day. This section also comes with a small comment section dedicated to chakras.
If there is a higher number than 7, you know the intensity is more challenging than we are used to handling. If the inmtensity is high for days in a row, this can lead to productie days yet also days where we may feel the need to rejuvenate more through sleep. This is the same basic principle as a small child who plays and learns hard and then runs out of steam and needs to nap. High intensity days can yield very action packed and euphoric days or perhaps a feeling as if we are flattened and cannot move if we are not flowing the day well personally. If the day is very high flying we would want to be gentle on ourselves and mindful that others around may be needing more space/understanding or perhaps larger boundaries (if children). If we are in good flow with such a high flying day, we may find that we can ask our bodies and minds for extra effort and we will be able to achieve it. CommentsIn this section there is an effort to pull together various facets of the report and place that into as user-friendly ways as possible. World happenings will also sometimes be mentioned. What topics are placed into this section is spirit nudged. Sometimes what I think will be in this section is completely thrown over for other items when I sit down to actually write the report and am truly in the flow of creating it. Colors TodayThese are the vibrational signatures in terms of color that I am feeling as being more prominent. Watch for some comments related to this most days since I am always working to bring energy senses down to earth and into our lives in meaningful ways. Body Focus:This is all about the physical body whether that be attention on one or more specific body areas or physical techniques that are in the spotlight for that day or week. This is the section that most gives us each the chance to practice our kinesthetic skills and to listen with our hands. The body focus section - if we care to work with it - will meld our empathy or intuitive in an extremely physical context. When that happens you will be amazed at what you can feel and open! All body focus comments are archived on the recent comments page. Recent Comments: This will have all the comments, colors, body focus areas as well as the archived global corner sections for each month. I find that the basic threads can last 3 or even more weeks so running back to look at the past reports can very often help you to gain insights into what is now and has been happening in your life. Often it takes weeks of various types of clues to get the real insights! Looking back at recent comments can be especially important for several weeks prior to each Equinox or Solstice since these cycles tend to foster growth patterns within us that do progress for weeks.
What's ONMain Elements: Earth Air Fire Water Wood Metal Main Signature Formats: Color Sound Number Shape Black/White Main Kingdoms: Plant Tree Ocean Animal Insect Fairy Devic Mineral Reptile Bird Human Microbial Viral Mushroom Main Chakras : Heaven* Crown 3rd Eye Throat Heart/higherheart Solar Plexus Sacral Root Earth* This section tells you which of the elements presented are showing a more prominent flow than the others. Those highlighted items are ones we may want to take note of, tune into for ourselves, watch to see how they appear in our day or which can be useful to us in healings that day. Their prominence makes them better able to aid us in healing, soothing or for use in celebration on that day or days. There are 3 modes of note here. The basic indication of prominence is when the item is in bold. If I am noting more than average prominence I will also underline it. For extremely prominent items, I will bold, underline and italicize it. These latter are of huge merit to note for all of us in some way or ways. Also important is when either all the variables are prominent or when none are as these types of days are fairly rare. Usually when all the vibrations in the section are prominent it means we can pick and choose to a large extent the variables we work with that day. When only a few are on, we will tend to be more moved by these, especially if they are more prominent than normal (underlined/ italicized). Global Corner:This section is for large scale or more global flow dynamics and usually expands on something that has come up in the comment section. I do take requests for this section so if you have something you'd like me to take a look at , let me know! Some past examples: Do you get severe jet lag? In this day of easy travel and of far flung travels within a one week period, there can be large issues with how our body adapts to the natural Earth cycles/ rhythms. I looked at the flow dynamics for those who endure truly stressful jet lag compared to those who do feel only minor jet lag. With the places they travel being comparable in time zone and direction, what I found was a tendancy for stress related to Day and Night on a regular basis for those who suffer severe jet lag when they travel. The other group enjoys a naturally open flow with Day on an ongoing basis and thus, when they travel, this flow is stressed a small amount but rebounds fairly well. In the severe jet lag group however their flow with Day goes from bad to even worse. We all know that the pineal gland has much to do with our daily rhythms and I am noting according to the energy flows that overall pineal function for the severe jet lag group is impaired at a body level while for the other group it is not impaired in this way at a body level. Is the pineal gland disfunction at body level part of why the severe jet lag group has an overall locked flow with Day in general? I share this for whatever it may mean to you. If you are one of the unfortunate group of jet lag sufferers, you may want to spend some meditation time working with your pineal gland, working with how you flow with the Day/ Night cycle overall and working with how your pineal gland approaches travel. Work and Play Balance For the group of humanity that is between the heavy working ages of 25 to 60, how balanced is our down time with work time? According to the energyflows, we are prodigiously aware of a great war between work and play. 100 years ago, before the great advent of technology and transportation in the way we have /use them now, this was still at war yet it was a far more subclinical war. Today everything is faster. And today this distress between our masse play and work ratio is of a very high intensity - we are well aware of the need to balance this. What do you think happens when we repeatedly ignore our need to place more down-time into our life? We can make a case for poor food and overall pollution levels but in my opinion, none of that comes close to the havoc we wreak on ourselves through a deliberate disregard for balancing our work and rest/play dynamic. It is the rest/play facet of our life through which we rebuild and regenerate in the largest capacities. Aging is in my sense a very large result of this imbalance. We each have a unique flow dynamic between Breakdown and Rebuild for our bodies. By the time we are in our 40's our natural ability to rebuild well is diminished from what it was earlier. According to the energyflows, those in their 40's do have a lock between breakdown and Rebuild that is in their conscious workspace. (ie..we begin to really feel our aging process happening in our 40's as we do not rebuild as fast as we breakdown.) For those in this age range that DO have a nice open flow between work and play however, I am noting a significantly lessor flow lock between breakdown and rebuild. Even if I separate out those in their 40's who eat poorly but do have an open flow between work and play, I still am noting them to be well ahead of the masse curve on Rebuild / Breakdown. This seems to indicate that balancing down-time with work in our lives is absolutely critical in aging processes. Concentric Table
This table gives a macro-micro perspective and also is a daily reminder for us that we are many layers, the last of these being Self/ Ego. The interplay or communication between our many layers is as important as how solid the layer itself is. Don't look for visual relationships between your body at a Continental level....rather we want to look at those larger layers of ourselves as archetypes or overtones that shape our beliefs and actions. When a layer is Unique on any one day, it is important to note what other layers are also unique alongside it. Ask yourself if these larger layers feel open for you and whether they communicate to your smaller layers (Self) effectively. If we ask the Universe for something but our universe layer is not really connected well to our self layer how will the universe provide for self? (either in backwards ways or not at all). At the core, our life outpictures exactly how we are flowing for it TO outpicture and this absolutely includes the flows happening between our many layers. While this is not the easiest section to comprehend, it is a vital one in terms of fulfilling the day's potential better. Spending some time pondering what the layers might mean for you is appropriate and will repay your efforts a hundred fold. When first starting out with the daily reports and wth attuning to your day, particularly note what the Self layer is doing that day and match that to your life. Self is mainly in an active status, but it does occasionally take a neutral stance and at those times you may feel a distinct difference. At the same time, note which of the larger layers may be more active. Then think about what the flow is between those 2 layers of yourself. If you don't wish to ponder this table at all, you will at the very least notice at a glance how vastly different each week is. This gives us a daily appreciation for the fact that we are truly miracles of constant evolution and this is the one section of the report that really drives home the fact that each day is different, each week is different and that each day brings a new us and a new set of potential. The concentric tables have been archived for the past year or more. It is a wonder to quickly spin through them (link is on the navigation bar) and see how different each week really is. If you are industrious, you might even stop at a week or two and ask yourself whether you felt that week moving you well, fairly or poorly overall. You do know these things and if you ask and are willing to be open to an answer, it will come in a split second. Trust that. We are used to trusting scientific reports and the news but we rarely ask anything of our inner wisdom. There is an entire Earth Alchemy within each of us.
