How to tell if there is strong or weak vibrancy in the world around you? When we can gain our inner stillness and then tune into the world more closely, we will be able to get informative and useful senses about the plants, people or earth energies around us.
This will help us pick the better foods at stores, the better seeds in catalogs, the better minerals or any other item we like to have in our life; it will help us design and take care of our gardens in more balance and yield better crops or herbs for medicine. It will help us to help our families and our own health in so many ways.
We all have what it takes to sense life force; our intuitive, our empathy and the analytical brain to pull it all together and relay our senses to us in a clear format we can use.
Practice is really the only thing we need to learn how to integrate our inborn abilities smoothly, and to do so on demand. Towards this goal, once a month (or so) a new practice set will be uploaded. Look on the main navigation bar to see the last update, as these will be posted randomly.
Below are photos of the same Mint plant, sitting in two different locations of a yard. Each position has a different effect on the spiritual life force level of the mint. The physical life force of the plant doesn't change - but which position allows the mint more spiritual life force?
If you are going to harvest mint, or any other plant, ideally you would want to harvest from plants with the most spiritual life force (and physical life force). This would nurture our spiritual life force that much more by doing so.
Next time you're getting ready to plant, think about possible locations and let your plant help you decide where to place it! Not only will you get a stronger, more vibrant plant, but you'll be improving the synergy of your yard as well as nurturing yourself more when you harvest - or even just whenever you connect with the plant in your yard.
