PMS Study Results

Hypothesis:   To determine whether locked subtle energy flow dynamics related to the reproductive system and to overall grounding that were gently reopened (if allowed) would be able to help reshape the dynamics for individuals experiencing moderate to severe PMS and / or menstruation symptomology and to achieve this in a way that was completely non-invasive so they could feel it as gentle and natural to them.

Methodology:  We began with 4 volunteers, but after 3 weeks one needed to leave the study due to work contraints that were interfering radically with our communications.    Subtle energy work remotes were done by Chris once per week for 6 weeks total for the remaining volunteers. The remote sessions themselves involved no conscious communication between Chris and the volunteers, however, volunteer experiences were addressed each week. Helpful thoughts, ideas for empowering the volunteers with energywork technique themselves, and any other useful bit of insight that might prove helpful to them was given on an ongoing basis. Unlike the ADD study done last time, this study was very much using an approach of pro-actively empowering each volunteer.   Issues of personal boundaries came up and were addressed in other words along with other core basics. At no time were any other methods other than subtle energywork remotes and communication employed except to point out physical places where the volunteers could themselves work on their own body /energy field. None of the women were using HRT or any other formats of standard medical treatments for their PMS / menstruation challenges either before or during the study. None of the women received any work of a physical nature from Chris at all : in fact, 2 volunteers live in another country and one in another state.

Results:  Each of the 3 volunteers were asked to complete a final feedback form. This was 4 months from the start of the study and 2 months after the last remote had been done for them.   Click on each volunteer link to read the form and their answers in its entirety.
