Weekly Notes
July 26 - 30




Highlights:   We are on the other side of the Full Moon which crested on Sunday evening and the week in front of us is wothout any major astronomical cycles.   I am not picking up any major shifts this week (unlike last week) and the overall intensity of the symphony of cycles this week is at a medium level, versus the higher level we experienced last week. All of this points toward this being, in general, a week to regroup.

Backing Up A Bit...Usually the reports highlight the upcoming week but I am seeing that it would be good to also sometimes present what happened in the past week.   One thread that I noted which went on last weekend (17/18th) , Sunday particularly, seemed to relate to parents feeling lonely or feeling the coming loss as their children get ready to leave the household. The name we have for this is "Empty Nest Syndrome" and if this took you by surprise this past week, you were moving to the natural flows of the landscape overall. I talked with no less than three others who mentioned this feeling coming up exactly then - I have not ever seen this before!

To me, this points to a landscape that was favorable for cueing us into this if it fit into our personal time tables. (aka, if we had a son or daughter who either left on a trip or is leaving for college soon) If you allowed yourself to be sad and to, in essence, really "go there" in experiencing empty nest syndrome, then you used the potential of that set of days well. You can count on getting cues like this again and if you go with that flow then you will find yourself processing and shifting in good ways so that when the time comes you will be strong and able to move instead of feeling unduly incapacitated. This is an enormous life shift - one that needs careful and continuous processing.  Usually this begins well before the actual leave-taking happens.   When our minds start to think about it, we start the process.

The other thing I noticed in retrospect was that we did indeed seem to experience a shift in basic stance from Wednesday onwards.   The Full Moon began kicking in, we moved into Leo and we still retained the quirky magnetic-electric imbalance - and it could have felt like we were blind sighted. So if you were good until about Wednesday when something felt like it ungrounded you, you were also acting based on the landscape. (or, perhaps RE-acting could be a better term here if it felt challenging)   Now that we are on the other side of the full moon and Electric / Magnetic intensity has evened out once again, this new week may feel like a turnaround in a good way.

How Are We Flowing With The Day?    Otherwise known as "Every Day Is A Brand New Day" If you have been reading EA reports for a while now you no doubt already understand that this is the impetus for the reports. I do feel like it bears mentioning from time to time though since we can get caught up in our life and in trying to sort out and compartmentalize the details that we don't always think to step back and view the entire week at one time to see whether we were good until a certain chunk of days came in or vice verse.   I can share from personal experience that sometimes, even if nothing can be done to get out of a challenging set of days, just knowing that there is a basic reason for it all takes the edge off of the challenge.  But there is a bit more we can do, which I will be sharing below.

I have learned that our days, first and foremost, owe themselves to the "power grid". The power grid is made up of all the various cycles - some of which we call planetary alignments but most of whom will remain nameless and unrecognized.

I have found that it's not necessary to know all the cycles happening - I merely have to respect the fact that they are there and that MY personal flow with all of them as the symphony they are is what makes MY day run well or not-so-well; If I feel grounded, practical, emotionally stable and strong then I am for sure running the symphony of the day well.    If I feel like my body is rebelling or that my brain can't focus or that I have no patience for interactions with others or that I am simply reacting to everything ....these are all telltale signs that I am likely needing to spend some time to regroup.   Most of the time, we are all somewhere between the two extremes represented here, with some facets great and some not working on all cylinders.

Regrouping process:   I have found that a key variable in this is to spend time working on it as soon as I can in the day.    The problem with this is often that we are so ungrounded and reactve that we cannot mobilize ourselves to do anything proactive. That's when I personally will go straight for kinesthetic bodywork - which takes no thought and moves via intuitive and subconscious aspects of myself.    These parts of ourselves are perfectly suited to work under pressure, when logic and our minds are challenged.

Bodywork Basics: Go directly to the feet if you feel you are in need and don't know what to do. It is very likely that you will not be able to touch them at all but will feel you need to approach from inches away. That is fine. The space between your hand and your foot is the space to pour your unconditional love to soothe and to help balance yourself.    Our intention to flow well with the rhythm of the day is critical to our success in regaining our feet, our grounding and our mental ability. All we need to do is set that intention, place our hand(s) where our intuitive tells us is the right place and this opens the doorway for healing. We just hold the space and let love work its magic to soothe and rebalance. Watch your hand be drawn in towards your feet. When it touches down , follow your natural feelings (empathy) to keep placing your hand or hands and holding space over and over until you feel like your mind has begun to catch up with your day. Then you will be able to think more clearly about other ways and means to get yourself back into the swing of life. All of this will likely take no more than 5 minutes.   I do warn you however that this is so soothing and nurturing you may want to continue on for 10 or 15 minutes! I have definitely found that there are huge returns on each extra minute of kinesthetic bodywork.

Highlights of the Favorable Dates Table (below):   The most notable thing this week is the lack of notable aspects this week - a more average type of week all the way around.   Cleaning and external clearing is the most potentized this week - this can mean not only our home and environment but also can place a spotlight on our inner environment or our elimination system overall. If you are struggling with candida this could be a week when you will notice out of pattern experiences or when you will feel more cued than normal to work on getting back in balance.
