In your own words , how do you feel this study and / or your close association with me while doing this study shaped your life?

This study has helped me become much more aware of the separate issues that can surround PMS, and work with them on a real, changable level. I became much more aware of how my puberty life change was affecting my PMS cycles. After the very first session, there was noticeable differences, such as....cramping was eliminated (so much so that I was truly shocked when my period began!!), little or no irritability, no bloating, mood swings were so mild and passed so quickly that I wouldn't even have time to "label" them as a mood swing, etc. I noticed that my relationship with my husband didn't suffer the normal tension/insecurity that came up for me during/just before my cycle. Also, my periods decrease in duration overall. On average they went from 6-7 days to 4-5 days since the PMS study. Now, after 4 sessions and a month or so has passed, I did notice a few elements remaining of some of my past PMS issues, but was able to quickly identify them and move through/past them with the subtle energy work Chris suggested. This has been a very englightening and positive experience for me and my family. Thank you!
