In your own words , how do you feel this study and / or your close association with me while doing this study shaped your life?

My PMS symptoms improved drastically when Chris started to do the work on me. My main problem I'd say was the headaches and migraine, plus my 'teenage' skin. Although the headaches didn't disappear, the pattern certainly changed and I didn't have to worry I would be laid up in pain around every period.  My facial skin is improved dramatically too, not 100% but a definite improvement on how it was; I still get a flare up before my period but nothing like what it was. My food cravings are still there but they're the least of my problems - I like food!!

I feel that if I had more work done by Chris on a regular basis things would only get better. I'm very grateful for the obvious good she's done me. (thanks Chris!!)
