In your own words , how do you feel this study and / or your close association with me while doing this study has shaped your life?

I was pleased to be accepted as a case study having had significant menstrual problems for a number of months. My symptoms were constant and extremely heavy bleeding for 8 months with sometimes unbearable pain. I became exhausted, irritable, tearful and suffered with a total lack of motivation. Doctors could not identify the problem despite numerous tests and scans. I immediately found an improvement following Chris's remote work, two incidents particularly stand out to me: firstly I had spent 3 nights in terrible pain, I was unable to sleep and felt ill enough to consider going to the hospital, Chris promised to look at this for me and I was thrilled that the pain was reduced to a mild ache very quickly and I had a full nights sleep waking up the next day feeling significantly better with no discomfort. The second incident was a terrible and debilitating migraine that had persisted for almost a week, Chris kindly offered to help although my remote was not due and the results were once again not only very quick but effective, my headache lifted giving me much needed relief. Overall my symptoms are improved beyond recognition, I have noted that stress causes a reoccurrence (although much milder) but other than that things are beginning to settle down into a more normal cycle. Chris also highlighted areas in my life and emotional health that needed addressing, there is no question that physical health results from emotional health and Chris's holistic approach fitted in well with my beliefs, however for me her way of working was a new concept and I have been intrigued to learn more.
